3. Aims and scope of the training program
The main objective of the training program is to provide opportunities for the key workforce within BPPT to enhance their understanding and skills in the area of science and technology human resource development. Topics and issues to be covered in the training program are summarized as follows.

6. Training methodology
The training will consist of four methods: (1) lectures and presentations, (2) case studies of best practices, and (3) technical tour (4) simulation games. Workshops will be conducted by Korean experts from government research institutes, relevant government agencies and academia for the participants to prepare the development plan of PUSBINDIKLAT of BPPT.
Lecturers and instructors of the training program will not be only from STEPI but also from other related organizations and agencies specializing in S&T human resource development.
