3. Objectives
a) To provide government officials from Pakistan with deep understanding and insight on core elements of science and technology policy formulation, along with implementation of science and technology infrastructure of both hardware as well as software;
b) To improve efficiency and effectiveness of national and regional science and technology policy and implementation (institutional-level capacity building) and;
c) To build sustainable development cooperation in science and technology between Korea and Pakistan.
